Basis
The ManualMaster Basis module offers the
possibility of recording and distributing
documents, spreadsheets and PDF-files to paper
manuals. ManualMaster Basis also offers you the
possibility of managing the content of documents
and spreadsheets, in order to record all basic
data, like functions, departments, etc, and
guarantee the consistency in use within your
documents. Items like version management,
document references and automatic overviews can
be found in ManualMaster Basis.

Extra User
If you want to enable more
colleagues to manage (a selection of) recorded data, you can expand your
licence with several concurrent managers. For readers no licences are
necessary.

Process
This module enables you to model
and distribute MS-Visio and iGrafx Flowcharter diagrams to paper
manuals. ManualMaster Proces offers the possibility of central
management of your diagrams. Items like recording tasks, authorizations,
and responsibilities, in and output references and cross-sections of
functional responsibilities are found in ManualMaster Process.

Intranet
ManualMaster Intranet offers the
possibilities of transferring recorded information in the modules
ManualMaster Basis and ManualMaster Proces to digital manuals. With one
keystroke you dispose of a completely digital manual in HTML-format.
ManualMaster sees to it that your staff can "jump" between the different
information sources. The reader only needs the free Internet Explorer
browser.

WebAccess Server
This module offers the possibility
of accessing the digital manual with help of Internet Information
Server. If you consult the digital manual by way of the ManualMaster
WebAccess Server, extra functions are added onto the digital manual like
full text search (like Google) and access security.

WebForms
This module offers the
possibilities of enhancing the digital manual with online application
forms. The digital forms can be linked to the present and recorded
information, thus creating an interactive middle layer in addition to
your existing information systems. For many organizations ManualMaster
Webforms is the start for Business Process Management.

WebTraject
This module offers the possibility
of adding verification/ expiry round, preceding an authorization round.
ManualMaster WebTraject is developed in cooperation with our users in
the healthcare sector, like laboratoria and hospitals.

Performance Indicators
You decide which performance
indicators are relevant to your organization and what are the necessary
values. Via the ManualMaster Performance Indicators you collect (with
webforms) and by way of database consultation the actual performance
data of your staff. This module assists the deployment and maintenance
in a quick, simple and structured manner. Calculations on the collected
information can be automatically made. The data are displayed in
interactive dashboards.
LinKit!
next to our own software we supply the program LinKit! by Affixion.
This software enables you to access
the relevant instructions, process descriptions and relevant forms from
with in your Windows applications. You can make the relevant work
instructions directly available. LinKit! can be used to connect all info
in your ManualMaster system to your primary applications (i.e. an ERP or
hospital information system). Via a user definable Function key the user
directly access the relevant information in your manuals.
How does it work?
In order to create, maintain and publish all
your processes, protocols, SOP'S,
work instructions and forms, ManualMaster
adds functionalities to standard applications.
To do the job you will still be using programs
like Microsoft-Word, -Excel, -Visio, -Access, Igrafx (flowcharter) en Acrobat reader (pdf).
ManualMaster publishes both
on paper and electronically (HTML). This means that the central database
will process all changes in an orderly manner and guarantee the
consistency of all coupled documents. Changes can be relevant to indexes, hyperlinks, document versions
and all sorts of overviews like for instance tables of content,
process descriptions per department or job title and tasks, competences
and responsibilities.
The readers don't need
ManualMaster program licenses. They can access the relevant
information through the use of a standard browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer).
They can quickly find all relevant information through the use of
extensive search options (Google like). The readers can search on all
indexed information (full text search), synonyms and classifications.
On top of that ManualMaster offers the reader the
option to fill in forms and to verify, authorise and comment on
documents.
